Practical RFP questions: (1) which Flex tier matches your need (most home care agencies fit Select or Pro), (2) PEO vs. payroll-only pricing comparison given your benefits costs, (3) what does the dedicated rep relationship include (response-time expectations, escalation paths), (4) renewal-year escalators, (5) what does the AMS integration cost — and is it certified or custom.
