- Submit lead inquiries to vendors
- Create an account to manage a vendor listing
- Read blog content and resources
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to scrape data without permission, or to submit false or misleading information.
2. Vendor Listings
Vendor listings on Carezano are provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all listing information is current or complete.
If you create or claim a vendor listing, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Disclaimer of Endorsement
Inclusion in the Carezano directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or certification of any vendor. We do not verify claims made by vendors regarding their products, services, pricing, or compliance status.
Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any vendor listed on the platform.
4. Accounts and Subscriptions
Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Paid vendor subscriptions are processed through Stripe and are subject to the pricing and terms displayed at the time of purchase.
5. User Content
By submitting reviews, vendor information, or other content to Carezano, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The Carezano platform, design, and original content are owned by Carezano. Vendor logos, names, and descriptions are the property of their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Carezano is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on vendor information, or interactions with vendors found through Carezano.
8. Privacy
Your use of Carezano is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Carezano operates.
