Base tier is $40/month + $6/employee/month (rate verified at write time on existing seed data; check gusto.com/pricing for the current rate). Higher tiers add benefits admin, R&D tax credits, performance reviews, etc. Practical questions: (1) which tier covers your current size, (2) what does the contractor-only plan cost (relevant if you have a 1099 mix), (3) is benefits admin bundled or per-employee add-on, (4) what does the AMS integration cost — most are free but verify, (5) is there a state Medicaid-required prevailing-wage feature.
